Efficient humidification and cooling

The Condair HP uses high-pressure atomisation to provide precise humidity control and effective adiabatic cooling with very low energy consumption. Water is pressurised and released through stainless-steel nozzles, producing an ultra-fine mist that is instantly absorbed into the air stream. One system can deliver high moisture output and substantial cooling capacity from minimal electrical power.

This combination makes the Condair HP ideal for large buildings such as manufacturing sites, data centres and commercial ventilation systems where stable humidity, temperature balance and reduced energy costs are essential.

Hygienic & low-maintenance design

The Condair HP is engineered for reliability and hygiene. Each system includes water treatment, droplet separators and automatic flush cycles to ensure clean operation and prevent stagnation. Components are made from stainless steel, and the high-pressure pump operates without oil to maintain long-term performance.

These features secure safe, consistent humidification while keeping maintenance needs to a minimum, providing dependable air quality and reducing downtime in sensitive environments.

Flexible multi-zone operation

The modular layout of the Condair HP allows one pump station to serve several air-handling units or duct zones. Each area can be controlled individually, while the system integrates easily with building management systems for central supervision and monitoring.

This flexibility makes it simple to adapt the system to changing building layouts or usage needs. Whether used in offices, production areas or storage facilities, the Condair HP provides efficient humidification and cooling across multiple zones with one coordinated setup.

Control Panel

A clear and intuitive control panel makes it easy for the Building Management System (BMS) to communicate with the pump station. The touch screen interface is user friendly and personnel can enter system requirements and read vital data.

Integrated RO System

An optional integrated reverse osmosis system allows for a reliable and hygienic operation.

Energy Efficient Motor

High quality electric motor that gives you one of the lowest energy consuming humidifiers, without sacrificing quality.

High Pressure Pump

With water lubricated pumps you can guarantee a longer life than oil lubricated pumps. You also have the added peace of mind of clean water being used inside your pumping system.

Valve block

The valve block provides control of various nozzles. Clients have the choice of the standard 7-stage valve block (with ± 4% humidity control) or the more advanced 15-stage (with ± 2% humidity control).

Nozzle Grid / Manifold Assembly

The stainless steel nozzle grid assembly allows for long life and durable mounting of parts.

Mist Eliminator

In order to prevent the fine water droplets from wetting any downstreamcomponents, Condair recommends a mist eliminator downstream of the nozzles.

Projects and references

Wellcome Trust

Condair has supplied and installed three Condair HP high pressure spray humidification systems at Wellcome Trust's headquarters in London's Euston Road. The humidifiers are maintaining the humidity in the building's atrium for the health, comfort and well-being of staff and visitors. Located in three AHUs in the basement and ninth floor of the building, the new Condair HP humidifiers provide low energy, hygienic humidity by introducing finely atomised sprays of RO water directly into the airstream. These rapidly evaporate to moisten the air and give the desired 50%RH in the atrium. In doing so, staff and visitors to the Gibbs Building experience an environment that is ideal for human comfort.
data centre humidification

Facebook / Meta, Sweden

This data centre in Lulea Sweden is one of the world's most efficient and sustainable data centres. Condair evaporative humidifiers add up to 22,800 litres per hour to the air in the penthouse ventilation systems to maintain the humidity to ASHRAE standards across the data halls.

Smithsonian

Founded in 1846, the Smithsonian is the world's largest museum and research complex, consisting of 19 museums and galleries, the National Zoological Park, and nine research facilities. Condair EL electrode steam humidifiers and Condair DL hybrid humidifiers are maintaining the ideal humidity for preserving artifacts and exhibits. The Condair DL provides very accurate humidity control at ±2%RH, whilst offering exceptional hygiene management, with a combination of reverse osmosis water filtration, flush and drain cycles and a patented Hygiene Plus silver ionisation system.

Northern Cyprus Emergency Hospital

The hospital, which was opened in October 2020 and built on a land of approximately 20 thousand square meters, has a closed area of 13,500 square meters, has a total capacity of 100 beds, 24 of which are intensive care units, 64 patients and 12 emergency observation beds.
