The Condair AM, including the AM Mini and AM Mini XL, delivers hygienic, condensate-free steam through standard 304 or optional 316 stainless steel tubes with rapid absorption for tight spaces. Perfect for AHUs and duct systems, it offers precise humidity control, simplified installation, and energy-saving options. The AM Mini and AM Mini XL versions fit small ducts with flexible mounting, while the electric condensate pump ensures zero water waste.

The Condair DV atmospheric steam distributor introduces steam directly into ducts or AHUs, ensuring efficient humidification. Made from durable stainless steel, it supports horizontal or vertical flow, works with multiple Condair humidifier series, and features an integral condensate return for easy drainage.

The Condair Blower Pack delivers direct steam humidification for localised areas or buildings without air distribution systems. It is also ideal for air handling units with complex designs or when supply air is too cold for effective humidification. By introducing steam directly into the room, the blower pack simplifies humidity control in spaces where traditional AHU-based solutions are not practical. Compatible with a range of Condair humidifiers, it offers both built-on and remote installation options, providing efficient steam dispersion and reliable, low-maintenance performance. Designed to operate with minimal noise, it is well suited for offices and other sound-sensitive environments.

In the Optisorp steam distribution system, steam is distributed across the entire duct cross-section by a number of distribution pipes fitted with a large number of nozzles. The steam absorption distance is up to 4 times shorter than with conventional steam distribution pipes.

The use of state-of-the-art technology and microprocessor-controlled regulation form the basis for maximum efficiency and minimum water consumption. The electrical energy used is optimally utilised across the entire power range by a frequency-controlled pump, further reducing flushing times and flushing water quantities. In addition, reverse osmosis systems specially designed for the requirements of adiabatic air humidification technology ensure reliable, economical and hygienically perfect treatment of the humidifier water. The high-quality permeate is stored in an atmospherically closed pressure tank, which guarantees consistently high water quality and efficient operation.

Compact reverse osmosis system for the generation of desalinated water. The reverse osmosis system is intended for direct connection to the drinking water network or to an upstream Condair Soft softening system.

Reverse osmosis (RO) is an effective and economic way of removing minerals from water. The Condair RO-E has been developed specifically to provide operational, energy and maintenance benefits to Condair humidifiers.

The Condair RO-H removes minerals and bacteria from supply water, preventing scale buildup and ensuring hygienic, low-maintenance operation for small humidifiers.

The Condair Soft water softening system for continuous production of soft water. Two exchange tanks alternate to ensure an uninterrupted supply of soft water. The central control valve mounted on one of the exchange tanks controls soft water production, regeneration cycles and switching between the resin tanks.

The MLP RO combines the reverse osmosis required for high-pressure air humidification and the high-pressure pump in a single installation. Depending on the required humidification capacity, the modules are assembled in various sizes and tailored to customer specifications.

Air Proving Switches are used to verify the presence of airflow in ventilation and air handling systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. Connected to the safety loop, they prevent system operation if sufficient airflow is not detected, protecting connected equipment and supporting system safety. Airflow verification can be based on differential pressure or thermal measurement principles, depending on the application and sensitivity requirements. These solutions are used in industrial, commercial and residential duct applications as part of modern HVAC systems.

Controllers – precise humidity control for commercial applications Controllers are the central interface between your humidification system and the environment it serves. They ensure the right amount of moisture is delivered at the right time, helping maintain stable, comfortable and productive indoor conditions. Condair’s controller range is designed for reliability, flexibility and ease of use across commercial and industrial applications. At their core, controllers interpret humidity data and regulate humidifier operation to achieve the desired set-point. Simple on/off controllers provide essential safety and basic control, ensuring systems do not over–saturate ducts or spaces. They often include outdoor temperature setback and fan management functions to support efficient operation. More advanced modulating controllers deliver a variable control signal that adjusts humidifier output in proportion to the difference between current and target humidity. This enables tighter control and smoother responses in dynamic environments, such as variable air volume (VAV) systems. Integrated controllers with touchscreen displays further streamline commissioning and operation. They allow on-screen parameter adjustment, diagnostics and communication with building management systems via common protocols like BACnet, Modbus or LonWorks. Humidistats are used for reliable monitoring and control of relative humidity in duct and room applications across industrial, commercial and residential environments. They are typically applied where simple and dependable On/Off humidity control is sufficient, or where humidity limits must be supervised as part of a system safety loop. Depending on the application, humidistats can be used to control humidification or dehumidification processes, or to act as high-limit devices that protect installations and building structures from excessive humidity levels. Typical use cases include storage areas, production facilities, technical rooms and process-related environments with defined humidity requirements. The product group includes both electronic humidistats with display and mechanical humidistats without power supply. Electronic versions provide clear visual indication of humidity values and allow password-protected adjustment of user and control parameters, while mechanical models offer robust, maintenance-free operation in demanding conditions. Humidistats are available for duct and room installation, with various mounting options and housing designs to suit different installation requirements. Capacitive sensing elements and proven mechanical measuring principles ensure stable and accurate humidity measurement over a wide operating range.

Sensors – accurate measurement for reliable humidity control Sensors are the eyes and ears of a humidification system, providing the real-time measurement that controllers depend on to make correct decisions. Without accurate sensors, even the best humidifier cannot reliably maintain target humidity levels. Condair offers a range of humidity and temperature sensing devices suited to diverse commercial HVAC environments. Humidity sensors monitor relative humidity and send precise data back to controllers. They can be installed in ducts or within occupied spaces depending on the control strategy. Many sensors also include integrated temperature measurement, enabling dual-parameter monitoring that supports more stable control and prevents undesired condensation. Outdoor and duct temperature sensors add further insight into environmental conditions.
