The Condair DV atmospheric steam distributor introduces steam directly into ducts or AHUs, ensuring efficient humidification. Made from durable stainless steel, it supports horizontal or vertical flow, works with multiple Condair humidifier series, and features an integral condensate return for easy drainage.

The Condair Blower Pack delivers direct steam humidification for localised areas or buildings without air distribution systems. It is also ideal for air handling units with complex designs or when supply air is too cold for effective humidification. By introducing steam directly into the room, the blower pack simplifies humidity control in spaces where traditional AHU-based solutions are not practical. Compatible with a range of Condair humidifiers, it offers both built-on and remote installation options, providing efficient steam dispersion and reliable, low-maintenance performance. Designed to operate with minimal noise, it is well suited for offices and other sound-sensitive environments.

In the Optisorp steam distribution system, steam is distributed across the entire duct cross-section by a number of distribution pipes fitted with a large number of nozzles. The steam absorption distance is up to 4 times shorter than with conventional steam distribution pipes.

Reverse osmosis (RO) is an effective and economic way of removing minerals from water. The Condair RO-E has been developed specifically to provide operational, energy and maintenance benefits to Condair humidifiers.

The Condair RO-H removes minerals and bacteria from supply water, preventing scale buildup and ensuring hygienic, low-maintenance operation for small humidifiers.

The Condair Soft water softening system for continuous production of soft water. Two exchange tanks alternate to ensure an uninterrupted supply of soft water. The central control valve mounted on one of the exchange tanks controls soft water production, regeneration cycles and switching between the resin tanks.

The MLP RO combines the reverse osmosis required for high-pressure air humidification and the high-pressure pump in a single installation. Depending on the required humidification capacity, the modules are assembled in various sizes and tailored to customer specifications.

Air Proving Switches are used to verify the presence of airflow in ventilation and air handling systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. Connected to the safety loop, they prevent system operation if sufficient airflow is not detected, protecting connected equipment and supporting system safety. Airflow verification can be based on differential pressure or thermal measurement principles, depending on the application and sensitivity requirements. These solutions are used in industrial, commercial and residential duct applications as part of modern HVAC systems.

Controllers – precise humidity control for commercial applications Controllers are the central interface between your humidification system and the environment it serves. They ensure the right amount of moisture is delivered at the right time, helping maintain stable, comfortable and productive indoor conditions. Condair’s controller range is designed for reliability, flexibility and ease of use across commercial and industrial applications. At their core, controllers interpret humidity data and regulate humidifier operation to achieve the desired set-point. Simple on/off controllers provide essential safety and basic control, ensuring systems do not over–saturate ducts or spaces. They often include outdoor temperature setback and fan management functions to support efficient operation. More advanced modulating controllers deliver a variable control signal that adjusts humidifier output in proportion to the difference between current and target humidity. This enables tighter control and smoother responses in dynamic environments, such as variable air volume (VAV) systems. Integrated controllers with touchscreen displays further streamline commissioning and operation. They allow on-screen parameter adjustment, diagnostics and communication with building management systems via common protocols like BACnet, Modbus or LonWorks.
