VITA POWER
High-pressure pump
The high-pressure pump delivers the treated water under pressure to the nozzles, where it is finely atomised. It is particularly robust and reliable and has a service interval of 8,000 hours.
Reverse osmosis unit
Water molecules pass through a special membrane – this is how the water is purified. Virtually all impurities, such as salts, minerals, heavy metals, chemicals and microorganisms, are effectively removed in the process.
Deionisation unit
Through subsequent ion exchange, pure water is converted into ultra-pure water: even the last traces of minerals and silicates are filtered out. To ensure that the ultra-pure water can be finely atomised, its very low conductivity is stabilised by the addition of CO₂. This process stage is particularly essential for highly sensitive applications such as cleanrooms, electronics manufacturing or offices.
UV reactor
In the final stage, UV irradiation ensures that the incoming water is completely and permanently sterilised. The high-pressure pump then provides a hydraulic water flow that ensures a fine mist is dispersed throughout the room.

Vita Deionizing cartridges
The deionisation cartridges are used to produce fully deionised water with very low conductivity, enabling residue-free fine humidification.
External Control Unit
The external control unit enables quick and easy operation directly on the system – from adjusting the humidification requirements to displaying maintenance notices and messages.
