As Africa’s first and only 6-star fitness facility, Body Action Gym has thoughtfully designed a space where luxury, innovation, and excellence converge. From the moment visitors step through the doors, they are meant to feel inspired, energised, and empowered to transform.
Reliable, luxury-grade steam performance
For a facility operating at a six-star level, excellence is not optional – it is expected. Nowhere is this more critical than in the spa area, where luxury, reliability, and performance must align seamlessly. The steam rooms at Body Action Gym operate 16 hours a day, 365 days a year. This intense usage places extraordinary demands on the equipment. Any interruption, even for a short time, would compromise the guest experience and risk immediate customer dissatisfaction. To meet these challenges, the project required a steam generator that was both powerful and exceptionally reliable.
Simplicity of maintenance was another non-negotiable factor, as extended downtime could never be an option. Condair’s AT4D steam generators, equipped with Self-Cleaning (SC) technology, proved to be the perfect solution. The SC system extends service intervals, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum uptime – exactly what a world-class facility demands.
