Twarda Tower, also known as the Cosmopolitan Tower, is one of Warsaw’s most prestigious residential high-rises, offering luxury living in the vibrant center of the city. The tower was designed by acclaimed American architect Helmut Jahn, whose international portfolio includes iconic landmarks such as the Sony Center in Berlin and the HighLight Towers in Munich.

Standing 160 meters tall, the skyscraper features 44 floors that house 488 premium apartments, culminating in four exclusive penthouses with panoramic views over Warsaw. The lower levels accommodate 300 parking spaces, a selection of retail units, and a modern fitness club, providing residents with a convenient and well-rounded urban lifestyle.

Interior designer Amy¯Storm undertook a year‘long design/build of her own Chicago‘area home, œShelter for the Storms, and chose Condair™s MN flexible humidification system to tackle the dry winter climate.
