No dry air in the imposing Squaire - office humidification
The Squaire, one of Frankfurt’s most distinctive business and mobility hubs, relies on the Condair DL hybrid humidifier to maintain a stable and comfortable indoor climate. The system provides precise, hygienic humidity control across its large commercial spaces, supporting occupant well-being and long-term building performance.
The Squaire Frankfurt: A futuristic mega-structure with a perfectly controlled indoor climate
The office building previously known as “Airrail Centre”, now called “The Squaire” resulted from the extension of the previously existing main-line station at Frankfurt Airport. The futuristic building is sited above the main-line station next to the motorway and is directly linked to Terminal 1. With its dimensions of 660 metres in length and 45 metres in height, the construction fully earns the label “imposing.” The Squaire offers, over 9 floors, 140,000 square metres of floor space for offices, fine dining and a specialist medical centre. The main tenants are two hotels of the Hilton Group and the auditing and consultancy firm KPMG. Condair Dual hybrid humidifiers from Walter Meier ensure great air quality and comfortable humidity.

Condair DL
The Condair DL is the next generation of the Condair Dual2—the world's most successful system for adiabatic humidification. Its hygienic credentials have proven successful in practice and were verified and certified by independent organisations with public responsibility.
Hybrid humidification relies exclusively on the advantages of atomisation and evaporation. This results in the sustainable resolution of key problems which can emerge when these technologies are used in isolation. The humidification system is therefore the first choice in terms of hygiene, energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
