Condair partner with Heidelberg at Drupa

Print humidification specialist, Condair, will be exhibiting its high pressure humidifiers on its stand (H16, F31) at the forthcoming Drupa exhibition, as well as humidifying the Heidelberg stand in Hall 1.
Effective humidity control is a vital factor in ensuring print productivity, and Condair’s spray humidifiers have consistently been maintaining the humidity around Heidelberg’s Drupa stands since 2004.
A correct level of air humidity in a print hall will ensure paper dimensions remain consistent, with no moisture evaporation from its edges, leading to better performance on printing presses. Static is also combatted by maintaining a humidity of around 50%RH.
The ML high pressure humidifier from Condair consists of a water treatment and pump station that feeds water to a series of nozzles located around the area to be humidified. A single unit can provide up to 750 kilos of water per hour to an atmosphere and is ideal for large industrial print halls.
As well as being able to see Condair’s high pressure humidifiers in operation at Drupa, visitors will be able to experience the Knowledge Lounge on the Condair stand. There will be a choice of three five-minute training sessions to choose from, where individuals or teams could learn how to reduce energy costs with humidification, how to reduce humidifier service worries or how humidification can protect health.
