The New Development Bank headquarters: Sustainable design supported by healthy indoor climate

It supports public and private projects through loans, guarantees, equity investments and other financial instruments. In addition, the New Development Bank cooperates with international organisations and financial institutions and provides technical assistance for projects supported by the bank.Since its opening in 2015, the bank has approved approximately US$25 billion in financing for projects in the areas of infrastructure, clean energy, transport and environmental protection.

The New Development Bank's new headquarters building is located on the grounds of the Shanghai Expo Park and, with 126,000 square metres of space, offers room for 2,500 technically modern and sustainably equipped offices. It complies with the China Green Building Certificate and the China Health Building Certificate. Steam humidifiers from Condair ensure healthy indoor air humidity.

The Condair EL series is the latest generation of well-known steam humidifiers from Condair. These products are the first choice whenever simple but reliable steam/air humidification is required. Users of such installations look for simple and easy operation, and demand healthy, hygienically humidified breathing air. The Condair EL series steam humidifier meets these demands in an exemplary manner.

AOE GmbH, Wiesbaden (Germany)

Shortly before the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the software service provider AOE decided to use additional air humidification. Since then, the company has not only been convinced of the positive effect of optimal air humidity, but also sees health protection as an independent corporate value. Hybrid models of presence and remote work will pose new challenges for AOE in terms of workplace design in the future.
