The University of Television and Film Munich (HFF)

Opposite Munich’s Alte Pinakothek, the 2011 HFF film school by Peter Böhm harmoniously mirrors the historic neighbour with exposed concrete, steel and glass. The building also houses the State Museum of Egyptian Art below, while studios, sound stages, editing suites and atria occupy the upper floors.

To protect sensitive film equipment, projectors and props from dry air damage, especially in winter, Condair DL hybrid humidifiers deliver precise, hygienic humidity control throughout the university areas.

Robert Koch-Institut, Berlin (Germany)

The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) is a federal institute within the portfolio of the Federal Ministry of Health. In 2016, the RKI moved into a new four-storey laboratory and office building with an area of around 60,000 m2. There, for example, influenza experts from the RKI prepare weekly situation reports, examine which flu viruses are circulating and check the effectiveness of flu vaccinations.
