The Condair DC-W and DC-R wall-mounted dehumidifiers are designed for commercial, industrial and pool applications where reliable humidity control is required. Typical applications include swimming pools, warehouses, storage rooms, archives, technical rooms, workshops and production areas, where excess humidity can affect product quality, damage goods, increase corrosion risk or impact occupant comfort.

By maintaining optimal humidity levels, the units help prevent condensation on windows and other surfaces, protect buildings and equipment, support operational reliability and create healthy indoor environments. Flexible installation is supported by condensate drainage options through either the rear panel or the bottom of the unit. Based on the condensation dehumidification principle, the DC-W and DC-R are particularly suitable for applications with moderate to high temperatures and humidity levels, typically down to around 45% RH.

What is the dehumidification capacity of the Condair DC 50-200W/R condensing dehumidifiers?

Available in three sizes, the DC-W/R delivers dehumidification capacities from 2.36 to 8.27 kg/h at 30 °C and 80% RH, equivalent to approximately 57 to 198 l/24h. At 20 °C and 60% RH, the units achieve capacities from 1.06 to 3.88 kg/h, providing effective humidity control for commercial, industrial and pool applications with varying moisture loads.

Airflow rates from 500 to 1,650 m³/h enable effective air circulation and moisture removal. All models operate within an ambient range of 5 to 35 °C and 40 to 99% RH. Integrated hot gas defrost ensures reliable performance at lower operating temperatures.

Which features and accessories are available for the Condair DC-W/R series?

Designed for efficient and reliable dehumidification, the DC-W/R includes high-efficiency EC centrifugal fans, hot gas defrost for effective operation at lower ambient temperatures, corrosion-resistant coated heat exchangers, thermostatic expansion valves, washable ISO Coarse 30% (G2) air filters with AISI 304 stainless steel frames and a built-in PLC with Modbus communication for building management system integration.

Optional accessories include hot water or electric heaters, modulating 3-way valves for hot water coil control, built-in room temperature and humidity sensors, external humidistats and feet for floor mounting. For DC-R installations behind the wall, 90° supply and return plenums and air grille kits are available.

This flexibility allows the units to be tailored to a wide range of commercial, industrial and pool applications.
