By moving to the Munich location, Amundi Germany offers its employees and customers high-quality premises: ceiling sails and an acoustically effective carpet serve as sound absorbers and ensure modern room furnishings and workplace design with automatic glare devices. Immediately after moving in in the summer of 2012, however, the first requests from employees were made to do something about the increasing complaints caused by the very dry indoor climate. The measurement of the humidity in the offices showed a relative humidity of only 11 – 23 %.
Since 2014, more than 80 high-pressure humidifiers of the DRAABE NanoFog Evolution and DRAABE NanoFog Sens have been ensuring controlled air humidification of the offices with a constant relative humidity of 45%. Extensive experience in similar retrofit projects as well as the certification of the air humidification system according to VDI 6022, Part 6 – the latest state of the art – were the decisive arguments for Amundi Germany in favor of DRAABE air humidification. "That was the right decision," says Ulrike Sailer, who was responsible for the entire facility management of Amundi Germany in Munich as Senior Office Manager at the time of the installation. "If someone has problems with too low humidity in the office, I can only recommend a DRAABE system!"
